Two weeks in and the pup has been 20lbs of fun and memorable moments. Unfortunately, he got sick shortly after his 2nd vaccinations on Tuesday. The second vet Kara & I took him to (Marina Pet Hospital administered the first vaccination but will no longer be his primary vet...) doesn't think it was an allergic reaction but also couldn't rule it out. So far, Daji is responding well to his treatment (pedialite & chicken broth, intestinal anti-inflammatories, and a "no-vomit" shot) and looks like he'll be back to his "cutest puppy ever" normal self shortly. If anyone is looking for a really good veterinarian I would highly recommend Redwood Pet Clinic.

I am surprised he was only 20lbs. He seemed A LOT heavier than Luca (who is 17.5+ lbs). Cutie pie!
Did a quick web search, and found your blog. Just thought you might like to know that Daji is the dog of the day for August 2nd on my blog, The Dogs of San Francisco. I ran into him and took a couple pictures on July 17th.
He's a real cutie: hope you have fun with him!

Hey Adam, Thanks for showcasing Daji! The little guy isn't so little anymore. Crazy how fast they grow. The pics were a great reminder of how small he was just two weeks ago!
