Yesterday was quite the day. Insanely busy and our zipcar got broken into. That led to us having to file a police report. Basically, one long big excuse culminating in my streak being broken. I did not run yesterday. I didn't even remember I forgot to run until this morning when I went to work and saw people running. That triggered my mind to remember I didn't run and that my 55 days of straight running had come to an end.
I've debated if I was just going to give up. But for now I will continue with an asterisk. My days will now be separated to note the number of days I have ran since Jan 1st and the new number of days I have ran straight. Here's to Day 1 of the new streak. It's so much harder than I thought it was going to be.
